Privacy policy

Effective September 25, 2026

The short version

  • We collect only what you type into our forms, plus the basic technical information any website receives.
  • This site sets no cookies and uses no analytics, advertising pixels, social widgets or outside fonts and scripts.
  • We never sell, rent or trade personal information, and we never share it for advertising.
  • We share it only with the few providers that run this site and our email, and when the law requires it.
  • You can ask to see, correct or delete what we hold about you at any time.

Who we are and what this covers

Antemark, LLC, a Colorado limited liability company ("Antemark," "we," "us"), provides crisis readiness planning for private clients. This policy explains how we handle personal information collected through antemark.com and the forms on it. Our terms of use cover use of the site itself.

It doesn't cover information clients share with us during an engagement. That information is governed by the client's engagement agreement and our confidentiality terms, which are stricter than this policy.

Information we collect

Information you give us. When you request the Antemark Brief, we collect your name and email address. When you request a consultation, we collect your name, email address, and anything else you choose to provide: a phone number, your role, who introduced you, and any note you write.

Information collected automatically. Like every website, our hosting provider receives technical information when your browser requests a page, such as your IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time. It's used to deliver the site, keep it secure and diagnose problems. We don't use it to identify or profile you.

What we don't collect. This site sets no cookies. We don't use analytics tools, advertising pixels, session recording, social media widgets or third-party fonts or scripts. Our forms don't track you across other sites.

Please keep sensitive details out of the forms. Don't include property addresses, travel plans, health information, security arrangements or financial details in a website form. If we work together, we'll collect what we need through a private channel.

How we use it

  • To give you the brief you asked for.
  • To reply to your consultation request and arrange a conversation.
  • To follow up about Antemark if you requested the brief or a consultation. Every follow-up email lets you opt out, and a one-word reply of "stop" works too.
  • To keep the site secure and working, and to prevent spam and abuse.
  • To comply with the law and protect our legal rights.

We don't use your information for automated decisions about you, and we don't combine it with data bought from other companies.

Who we share it with

  • Service providers that act on our instructions and may not use your information for their own purposes: Netlify, which hosts this site and receives form submissions, and our email provider.
  • Professional advisers, such as lawyers and accountants, under a duty of confidentiality.
  • Authorities, when a law, court order or legal process requires it, or when it's necessary to protect someone's safety or our legal rights.
  • A successor organization, if Antemark is reorganized, merged or sold. Your information would stay subject to the protections in this policy, and we'd tell you before it was used any other way.

We don't sell, rent or trade personal information, and we don't share it for targeted advertising.

How long we keep it

We keep form submissions for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, then delete them. If you become a client, your engagement agreement governs retention instead. If you ask us to delete your information sooner, we will, unless the law requires us to keep it. Technical logs are kept by our hosting provider under its own retention schedule.

How we protect it

The site is served only over encrypted connections (HTTPS). Access to submissions is limited to the people who need it to reply to you, and we use providers that maintain their own security programs. No system is perfectly secure. If a breach affects your personal information, we'll tell you as the law requires.

Your choices and rights

Wherever you live, you can ask us to:

  • Tell you what personal information we hold about you and give you a copy.
  • Correct information that's wrong.
  • Delete your information.
  • Stop sending you follow-up emails.

Residents of states with consumer privacy laws, including Colorado and California, may have additional rights, and we'll honor them. We'll respond within 45 days, may need to confirm your identity before acting on a request, and won't treat you differently for making one. Because we don't sell or share personal information for advertising, there's nothing to opt out of, but we honor browser signals such as Global Privacy Control all the same.

To make a request, email privacy@antemark.com.

Children

This site isn't directed to anyone under 18, and we don't knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we'll delete it.

Where information is processed

Antemark is based in the United States, and information submitted through this site is processed and stored in the United States.

Links to other sites

If we link to another website, that site's own privacy practices apply once you leave ours.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we'll update the effective date at the top of this page. If a change materially affects how we use information you've already given us, we'll ask for your agreement first.
