Legal
Terms of use
The short version
- This site is operated by Antemark, LLC, a Colorado limited liability company.
- What you read here is general information. It is not a plan, not a promise of rescue, and not insurance, legal or financial advice.
- Sending a form does not create a client relationship. That starts only with a signed engagement agreement.
- Physical extraction, protection, aviation, medical care and similar work are performed by licensed partners under their own licenses, contracts and insurance, not by Antemark.
- Colorado law governs these terms.
Who these terms apply to
These terms govern your use of antemark.com, antemark.co, and materials we publish there, including the Antemark Brief. They are issued by Antemark, LLC, a Colorado limited liability company ("Antemark," "we," "us"). By using the site you agree to them. If you do not, do not use the site.
They do not replace an engagement agreement. If you become a client, that agreement controls the work. These terms still apply to your use of the public site.
What Antemark is and isn't
Antemark, LLC is a Colorado planning and coordination firm. We design and oversee crisis-readiness plans for private clients. We are the architect, not the operator.
We are not:
- an insurance company, insurance agency or insurance producer;
- a law firm, and we do not give legal advice;
- a bank, broker-dealer, investment adviser or tax adviser;
- a private security, guard, patrol or private-investigator company. We do not supply armed personnel from this firm. When a plan needs protection or extraction, licensed partners do that work under their own licenses, contracts and insurance;
- an air carrier, ambulance service, medical practice or emergency-dispatch center;
- a government agency.
Nothing on this site is an offer of insurance, a policy, a guarantee of safety, or a promise that we will physically extract, shelter or treat anyone. Our role is planning and coordination.
The site is information, not a plan
Pages, examples (including sample Watch reports), the Antemark Brief and any other public materials are general information. They are not advice tailored to you, not an assessment of your risk, and not a substitute for a written plan. Conditions change. A decision that is sound in one household can be wrong in another.
Do not rely on this site as the basis for leaving a property, moving a family, spending money on destinations or transport, or standing down existing security. If you need a plan, that work happens under an engagement agreement after we have taken your facts privately.
No client relationship from a form
Requesting the brief or a consultation does not make you a client and does not oblige us to accept the work. We may decline a conversation or an engagement, including where serving you would create legal risk for the firm (for example, sanctioned persons, illicit funds, or a request to evade lawful process). A client relationship starts only when both sides have signed an engagement agreement.
Forms and the brief
You agree that information you submit is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you have the right to send it. Do not submit other people's personal information unless you are authorized to do so. Do not use the forms to send property addresses, travel plans, health details, children's schools, security arrangements or financial information. Our privacy policy explains how we handle what you do send.
The Antemark Brief is for your private use. You may share it inside a household, family office or advisory firm that is considering Antemark. You may not republish it, sell it, or present it as your own work.
Acceptable use
You may not use the site to break the law, probe or overload our systems, scrape it at a volume that interferes with other visitors, plant malware, impersonate Antemark, or harvest addresses for spam. We may block access that looks like abuse.
Intellectual property
The Antemark name and wordmark, the site design, and the text and design of the Brief and other materials on this site are owned by Antemark, LLC or used under license, and are protected by copyright and trademark law. "Antemark," "The Reserve," "Antemark Watch," "Antemark File" and "Antemark Ready" are used as source identifiers for our services. You may not use them in a way that suggests you are us, or that we endorse you, without written permission.
No warranties; limit of liability
The site and the Brief are provided as they are. To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or free of errors.
To the fullest extent the law allows, Antemark, LLC and its members, managers and contractors are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, arising from your use of the site or reliance on public materials. Our total liability arising from the public site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars. Some states do not allow certain limits; in those states our liability is limited to the maximum the law permits. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited, including for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by our gross negligence where that limit is forbidden.
This section applies to the public website. Liability for paid work is addressed only in the engagement agreement.
Indemnity
If your misuse of the site, or content you submit through it, causes a claim against us, you will defend and indemnify Antemark, LLC and its members, managers and contractors against that claim and the reasonable costs of dealing with it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. You and we agree that the state and federal courts located in Colorado have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from the public site, except that we may seek injunctive relief in any court to protect our name or confidential information.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top of the page will change when we do. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the new terms. Material changes to how we handle information already collected are covered in the privacy policy.
